We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader/Manager to lead our team of sales professionals and drive business growth through strategic leadership and market expertise.

Job Summary:

As a Team Leader/Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 7-8 sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of 7-8 sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.

• Set sales targets and goals, monitoring performance and providing feedback.

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

2. Sales Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities.

3. Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the real estate industry.

• Collaborate with sales team to identify and convert leads into deals.

4. Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

• Monitor team performance, analyzing sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Develop and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.

• Provide regular progress reports and insights to senior management.
