Business Unit - Baby Care HQ - Pune Role & Responsibilities : 1. Provide guidance, support, and motivate team members to achieve sales and business objectives. 2. Identify training needs and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. 3. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare professionals and institutions like doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and stockiest. 5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth. 6. Ensure adequate inventory levels and manage stock levels to meet customer demand. 7. Recruit, train, and mentor new team members. 8.Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance and support team members. 9. Ensure all team members follow the code of conduct, industry guidelines, and legal norms. 10. Area to cover Pune, Aurangabad, Pandharpur, Satara & Lonavala, base location Pune.
