Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader for an e-commerce platform located in Indore. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and motivate team members, and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties include monitoring sales, analyzing performance metrics, handling customer service issues, and improving workflow processes. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives.
