The array of services includes Field analysis, Content Development, Training Delivery, Coaching, Game Studio and eLearning. Imarticus also has immense expertise in products related to financial services, analytics and AI, business analysis and core technology.

About the Role:

The Team Lead will be responsible for driving daily sales execution, coaching a team of Program Counselors, and ensuring high-quality learner interactions. This role demands strong people management, discipline, and the ability to consistently deliver on monthly revenue targets for the Executive Education vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team & Performance Management

- Manage and mentor a team of 45 Program Counselors.

- Conduct daily huddles, review individual pipelines, and drive accountability.

- Monitor team performance and implement corrective action plans when required.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, sales scripts, and follow-up discipline.

2. Sales Execution

- Oversee the complete sales process from enquiry handling to enrolment closure.

- Ensure timely lead follow-up, quality conversations, and high conversion ratios.

- Support team members on complex cases, objections, and high-value enrolments.

- Maintain strict control over pipeline hygiene and CRM accuracy.

3. Lead Allocation & Productivity

- Allocate leads intelligently to maximise conversions and productivity.- Track daily lead movement, ageing, and follow-up cadence.

- Work closely with marketing to share feedback on lead quality and trends. Stakeholder & Process Alignment

- Coordinate with Program Managers and Operations for smooth learner onboarding.

- Share weekly insights with leadership on team progress, challenges, and opportunities.

- Ensure seamless execution against SLAs and performance benchmarks.

4. Reporting & Dashboards

- Maintain daily/weekly dashboards for team performance, conversions, and revenue.

- Provide data-driven insights for improving processes and team efficiency.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of Inside Sales/EdTech Sales experience.

- Minimum 1 year of team handling or mentorship experience preferred.

- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to drive targets with high discipline and ownership.

- Prior experience in Executive Education or Higher Education sales is a plus
