About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate a small team responsible for verifying, enriching, and maintaining alumni data from multiple sources.
Build processes and systems for continuous data improvement — from smart web research to direct outreach.
Use discretion and creativity to identify, validate, and update information across dynamic online and offline sources (LinkedIn, social platforms, directories, etc.).
Monitor team productivity, set performance benchmarks, and ensure data hygiene and accuracy standards are met.
Partner with senior stakeholders to align curation goals with broader alumni engagement objectives.
Spot patterns, fill gaps, and constantly look for smarter, faster, and more reliable ways to update information.

What We’re Looking For:

4–7 years of experience in data operations, research, or outreach-based projects, including at least 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
Experience working in a dynamic, fast-moving, or semi-structured setup where initiative matters more than process.
Strong analytical eye, resourceful problem-solving ability, and digital curiosity.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Comfort with working under evolving goals and making judgment calls in grey areas.
