Job Title: Team Leader – Customer Service
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader in Customer Service
Salary: Up to 35000/-
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
Location: Gurgaon sec 18
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Language Requirement: Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Team Leader with at least 1 year of experience in leading customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of customer service agents to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality standards and KPIs.
• Handle escalated customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Prepare and maintain performance reports and submit to management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and work closely with relevant teams.
• Ensure the team is updated with product/process knowledge.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in a customer service/call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Immediate availability to join.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
