TEAM LEADER - CUSTOMER RELATIONS

As a Customer Service Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team to achieve individual and team goals. You will track team and individual performance metrics against KPIs, using data to identify areas for improvement. Monitoring calls to ensure high-quality customer service and accurate product information is provided will be a key part of your role. Handling escalated customer issues and complaints, acting as a point of contact for clients on day-to-day matters will also be crucial. Identifying training needs and providing coaching to improve agents" technical and customer service skills will be necessary for team development. Managing daily operations, including scheduling, attendance, and ensuring a smooth workflow will also be under your purview. Additionally, you will prepare performance reports, communicate with management and other departments to resolve issues, and share information. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of automobile models, features, promotions, and inventory to provide accurate information is essential for success in this role.
