Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – NGO Tele-Collection with strong expertise in NGO donation calling and tele-fundraising processes. The candidate must have hands-on experience in managing tele-calling teams and driving donation targets. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in NGO donation / tele-collection processes Strong knowledge of tele-fundraising strategies, donor handling, and conversion techniques Experience in team handling, target monitoring, and performance improvement Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills Ability to ensure quality, compliance, and daily productivity Role & Responsibilities: Lead and manage NGO tele-collection team Drive daily and monthly donation targets Monitor call quality and donor conversions Train, motivate, and guide team members Ensure adherence to NGO guidelines and ethical calling standards
