Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader for our Australian Taxation team based in India. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of Australian tax laws, with a focus on driving compliance and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of tax professionals to ensure compliance with Australian taxation laws.
Develop and implement tax strategies for clients in accordance with Australian tax regulations.
Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in Australian taxation.
Review and approve tax returns and other related documentation prepared by the team.
Maintain updated knowledge of changes in Australian tax laws and regulations, and communicate these changes to the team and clients.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Australian taxation laws and regulations.
2-4 years of relevant experience in Australian taxation or a related field.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
