Job Description

As the Team Leader - Accounts Customer Support at Circuit Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd. / PCB Power, you will play a crucial role in managing customer credit periods, accounts receivable, and reconciliation of customer accounts with the organizations ERP system and books of accounts. Your strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills will be essential to maintain smooth financial operations and ensure customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Credit Period Management:** - Monitor and manage customer credit periods to ensure compliance with organizational policies. - Analyze customer creditworthiness and recommend adjustments to credit limits where necessary as per approval hierarchy of the organization. - **Accounts Receivable:** - Supervise the timely generation and dispatch of e-invoices to customers and ensure the right GST effect to both customers and organization ends. - Track accounts receivable aging and ensure follow-up on overdue accounts. - Implement strategies to minimize outstanding receivables and improve cash flow. - **Account Reconciliation:** - Ensure all customer accounts are accurately reconciled with the ERP system and books of account. - Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account balances promptly. - Prepare periodic reconciliation reports for management review. - **Team Leadership:** - Lead, mentor, and manage the customer support accounting team to achieve departmental goals. - Set performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback for team development. - Facilitate training and upskilling programs to enhance team expertise in ERP and financial processes. - **Process Improvement:** - Identify and implement process improvements to streamline credit management and reconciliation activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ERP integration and reporting efficiency. - Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for account management and customer support. **Qualification Required:** - B.Com/ M.Com Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. In your role, you will be directly accountable to Group Leader Accounts, and your expertise in ERP systems, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills will be crucial for success. Your attention to detail, organizational ability, and proactive approach to customer support and account management will be highly valued. Additionally, your experience in the manufacturing industry with filing of all compliance will be beneficial for this position.
