Team Leader - Accounts Customer Support

As a Team Leader - Accounts Customer Support at Circuit Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd. / PCB Power, you will play a crucial role in managing customer credit periods, accounts receivable, and reconciliation of customer accounts with the organization's ERP system and books of accounts. Your responsibilities will involve ensuring smooth financial operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. To qualify for this position, you should possess a B.Com/ M.Com degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, you are expected to have at least 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry with a thorough understanding of filing compliance requirements. Your technical proficiency should include expertise in ERP systems such as Tally ERP9 and other accounting software, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. In terms of soft skills, you should exhibit strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication abilities. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive approach to customer support and account management will be critical for success in this role. As the Team Leader, you will be directly accountable to the Group Leader Accounts. Your key responsibilities will include managing customer credit periods, supervising accounts receivable processes, reconciling customer accounts, and leading, mentoring, and managing the customer support accounting team. You will also be responsible for implementing process improvements, enhancing customer relationships, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and preparing reports for senior management review.
