Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for Medical Transcription, Medical Record Listing and Medical Record Summarization.
  • Ensure adherence to client-specific guidelines, productivity benchmarks, and quality standards.
  • Monitor team performance, allocate work effectively, and manage schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to build skills and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions or process enhancements.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client communications including updates, escalations, and feedback.
  • Ensure timely communication of requests, deadlines, and any changes in process.
  • Maintain professional and effective client relationships.
