SUMMARY: TEAM LEAD RECRUITMENT (US Non IT)

Team Lead

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver best-in-class leadership and mentorship to the Centralized Delivery Recruiter team, ensuring clear governance, defined roles, and structured decision-making processes.
Drive a culture of performance through setting and managing recruiter KPIs to maintain consistent delivery and fulfillment of client needs.
Deliver performance coaching and professional development plans to drive recruiter engagement, productivity, and create career progression opportunities.
Participate in the process of sourcing and hiring new recruiters; train new recruiters to a high standard in a timely manner and provide ongoing coaching to ensure optimal performance and results.
Audit role-based performance metrics and other results-focused measurements in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data to proactively identify and execute process improvement opportunities.
Act as team quarterback to assign and shift work as needed to ensure optimal team productivity
Collaborate with field leadership to understand customer needs, providing clear guidance to the team to achieve client satisfaction and performance goals.
Continuously evaluate lag indicators of quality (show-up rates, turnover) to ensure consistency and provide training and coaching as needed to improve results
Manage order escalations, providing solutions and strategies to enhance delivery and fulfillment outcomes.
Actively participate in special projects and other duties to support organizational objectives.
