Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient processing of life insurance claims, benefits, and pension administration.
Oversee a team size of 20-25 members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work output.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues related to policy servicing, underwriting, and customer service.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors in insurance operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-8 years of experience in US Insurance industry with expertise in Life Insurance & Annuities.
Strong understanding of Benefits, Pension Administration, Policy Servicing, Underwriting concepts.
Proven track record of managing teams effectively to achieve operational excellence.
