Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient processing of life insurance claims, benefits, and pension administration.
  • Oversee a team size of 20-25 members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work output.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues related to policy servicing, underwriting, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors in insurance operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-8 years of experience in US Insurance industry with expertise in Life Insurance & Annuities.
  • Strong understanding of Benefits, Pension Administration, Policy Servicing, Underwriting concepts.
  • Proven track record of managing teams effectively to achieve operational excellence.
