Key Responsibilities:

• Publish timely and accurate MIS reports and Contest & R&R dashboards

  for multiple channels and key relationships.

• Retrieve, analyze, and collate large data sets

  from cross-functional teams and IT systems.

• Perform data analytics and provide insightful trend analysis

  to support management decision-making.

• Automate reports and dashboards using Python, Power BI, SQL, and VBA

  to optimize reporting bandwidth and efficiency.

• Conceptualize and design templates for new dashboards

  under the performance management framework.

• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless data flow, quality checks, and stakeholder feedback

  .

Requirements:

• 34 years of relevant experience

  in MIS reporting, data analytics, and automation.

• Graduate or Postgraduate

  qualification.
• Strong proficiency in

  Advanced Excel, MS-Access, and Contest & R&R management

  .

• Hands-on experience in Macros, VB/SQL, Python

  (Power BI or any visualization tool is a plus).
• Excellent

  analytical skills

  with an ability to handle and make sense of large, complex data sets.
• Good

  communication skills

  and a proactive attitude toward learning and new technologies.
