Team Lead - US Accounting

As an experienced and detail-oriented Team Leader - Accounts, you will be joining a dynamic accounting team with the opportunity to lead various financial operations, mentor junior staff, and ensure adherence to accounting standards. Your strong background in US accounting practices and hands-on experience with QuickBooks will be instrumental in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise, guide, and support the accounting team in daily operations and project execution. - Oversee and ensure timely and accurate finalization of accounts, including preparation of financial statements. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including ledgers and journals. - Conduct and review bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. - Generate and review periodic financial reports and statements. - Monitor, verify, and report company expenses. - Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices. - Participate in and facilitate ongoing learning initiatives for team members. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/MBA in finance/ CA Inter or related field. - Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, with a focus on US Accounting. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, high attention to detail, and organizational skills.,
