Location: Prestige Shantiniketan, Crescent 3, 9th Floor, Whitefield, Bangalore
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Week Offs: 2nd & 4th Saturdays and All Sundays (Fixed Off)
Salary: 28,000 – 33,000 CTC + Incentives
Qualification: Graduation is mandatory
*Job Summary:*
We are hiring a proactive and experienced Team Leader – Banking Sales for our Whitefield, Bangalore location. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in banking sales, with strong leadership and communication skills. Fluency in English and any two South Indian languages is required. This role involves handling a team and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for banking products.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Manage and lead a team of sales executives to achieve set targets.
Promote and drive sales of banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Conduct daily team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring consistent productivity.
Handle team queries, client escalations, and support staff development.
Ensure adherence to banking compliance and organizational standards.
*Candidate Requirements:*
Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in banking or financial product sales.
Excellent communication skills in English + any two South Indian languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam).
Strong team-handling skills with a focus on performance and results.
Knowledge of banking products and customer acquisition.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
