Job Title: Team Leader – Finance & Telesales Experience: 2–3 Years (Team Leading Required) Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift) Location: Janakpuri, New delhi, Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Role Summary: We're hiring a Team Leader to manage a telesales team focused on financial products. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of team management experience in telesales (preferably finance), strong leadership skills, and a target-driven approach. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate telesales agents to meet targets Track performance and provide coaching Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction Report daily/weekly sales metrics Ensure compliance with company and industry standards Requirements: 2–3 years of telesales team leading experience Knowledge of financial products (loans, insurance, etc.) Strong communication and reporting skills Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Required) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 27/06/2025
