Job Title: Store Manager Salary: CTC ₹25,000 (Negotiable based on Qualification & Experience) Location: Calicut, Kerala Industry: Food & Beverage Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years of experience in the food or hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and good communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage overall outlet operations and performance Guide and supervise team and shift members Maintain quality, hygiene, and service standards Handle inventory and stock control Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction Train and motivate staff Requirements: 4–6 years of relevant experience Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or similar Strong leadership and communication skills Experience in food service preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
