  • Overall responsibility for managing FACS store operations efficiently.
  • Ensure systematic material inward/outward documentation and timely GRN entry in Tally.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular physical stock audits.
  • Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure material availability as per requirement.
  • Ensure proper stacking, FIFO, and material traceability.
  • Manage manpower for loading/unloading, shift planning, and safety compliance in the store area.
  • Ensure timely dispatches and documentation for inter-plant.
  • Handle non-moving/slow-moving stock review and coordination for liquidation.
  • QC coordination for packaging material approvals.
  • Generate MIS reports: Daily Stock, Material Issuance, NCR, etc.

Functional Skills:

1. Ability to effectively manage and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize stock outs.

2. Ability to lead and motivate a team of employees, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and support to achieve store goals.

3. Effective communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors, as well as to convey information clearly and concisely.

Required

Graduation / Postgraduate Supply Chain/ Purchase

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and ERP systems

  • Proficiency in using MS Office, SAP,
  • Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in store operations, preferably in the lubricants or chemical industry.
  • Good working knowledge of Tally systems, MS Excel, and inventory control.
  • Leadership Abilities, Problem-solving, and Decision-making.
  • To identify and address production issues promptly, Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
