Job Description

You will be responsible for leading a team to provide technical service excellence to international customers at Secure Meters. Your primary duties will include: - Resolving customer complaints proactively within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) - Delivering services through software and applications - Providing guidance and appropriate training to the team - Ensuring timely submission of reports such as SLA, Ad-hoc, and performance reports - Collaborating effectively with stakeholders - Managing data-related compliance (PIMS) and other related tasks The required qualification for this role is a B.Tech./B.E./MCA degree.
