Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead in Stock Market/NISM located in Hyderabad. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily trading activities, managing a team of brokers, analyzing market trends, and developing trading strategies, team building. The role also includes ensuring compliance with NISM regulations, conducting market research, providing client support, and driving team performance to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of stock market operations, trading strategies, and market analysis
• Experience in managing and leading a team, with excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in NISM regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to conduct comprehensive market research and generate actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with trading platforms and financial software
• Professional certifications in stock market trading or NISM are advantageous
