Team Lead - Sales Operations

The role of Team Lead - Sales Operations at Bunge in Mohali, Punjab, India, involves taking full operational control and overseeing end-to-end contract entry and order management activities. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 to 5 individuals and ensuring efficient delivery of global KPIs for the Customer Service COE. Your role will require you to have a comprehensive understanding of commodity value chains to adapt operational models as needed. Your main accountabilities will include team management tasks such as monitoring daily contract entry and issuance, imparting domain knowledge to build subject matter experts, resolving critical issues, and providing guidance to the team for effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring team performance, handling succession planning, identifying training needs, and ensuring smooth month-end activities. In terms of additional responsibilities, you will be required to prepare monthly reports, manage work allocation and leaves, ensure compliance with SOX and other statutory requirements, and propose process improvements based on industry best practices. You will also need to handle exceptions, perform root cause analysis, and support talent optimization and retention within the team. To excel in this role, you should have relevant experience in Customer Service & Order to Cash processes, the ability to work independently under pressure, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. A good understanding of the Order to Cash vertical, Order management, Billing, and other related functions is essential. Additionally, you should hold a B.Com/MBA/M.Com degree with 6-8 years of experience in service delivery for order to cash functions. Experience in Commodity/FMCG and proficiency in Lean or Six Sigma methodology will be advantageous.
