As a Team Lead Sales at the Climate tech firm in Delhi, Ohkla, your role will involve managing and mentoring a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on field sales. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on field sales. - Coach and train team members to improve customer engagement, conversion, and retention. - Track team KPIs and sales performance; implement action plans for underperforming areas. - Conduct regular field visits to ensure high-quality customer interactions and relationship building. - Strategically segment the market and assign territories to maximize coverage and results. - Collaborate with senior management to align sales efforts with business goals. - Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine pitches and improve the value proposition.
