You are a dynamic and experienced Team Lead Sales responsible for managing and mentoring a team of field sales executives. With 9+ years of experience in B2B sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management, you will strategize, supervise the team, monitor performance, and ensure the regional sales goals are achieved. Your key responsibilities include leading and managing a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on field sales. You will coach and train team members to enhance customer engagement, conversion, and retention. Tracking team KPIs and sales performance, implementing action plans for areas needing improvement, conducting field visits for quality customer interactions, and market segmentation for optimal coverage are also part of your role. Collaboration with senior management to align sales efforts with business goals, analyzing customer feedback and market trends for refining pitches and enhancing the value proposition are crucial aspects. To excel in this role, you must possess proven leadership and coaching abilities, strategic sales execution skills, expertise in customer engagement, performance management capabilities, strong communication skills in English and Hindi, problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to challenges. A graduate-level degree is required, with an MBA preferred, along with 9+ years of sales experience and familiarity with CRM systems and reporting dashboards.
