What Will You Drive?

As a Team Lead – Sales, you’ll be in the driver’s seat for:

• Crafting and executing powerful sales strategies that hit and exceed revenue targets
• Leading & motivating a high-performing sales team (because great results need great people)
• Monitoring performance, delivering real-time coaching, and boosting team capability
• Building rock-solid customer relationships and driving repeat business
• Using data-driven insights to find growth opportunities and sharpen forecasts
• Enhancing internal sales processes for greater efficiency and impact
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams—Marketing, Product, Customer Support—to fuel end-to-end success
• Staying ahead of the curve by tracking market trends, competition, and customer behavior

Who Are We Looking For?

• We're looking for leaders who don't wait for green lights—they make them.
• Proven success in a sales leadership role, consistently hitting or exceeding targets
• Prior experience in automotive sales is a big plus—but not a dealbreaker
• Strong team management & coaching skills
• Excellent communicator and negotiator with customer-first thinking
• Analytical mindset—you love making decisions backed by data
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
