Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations and drive team performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for mentoring others, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve performance targets
• Set clear goals and monitor individual and team KPIs
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards
• Resolve conflicts and promote a collaborative culture
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
• Report progress and challenges to upper management
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time and delegate tasks effectively

Pay: ₹10,578.27 - ₹20,690.01 per month
