Role Overview

We are seeking compassionate, responsible, and experienced Team Leads

hands-on leadership role

Key Responsibilities

·        Oversee daily living activities of residents, ensuring routines are followed with care and dignity

·        Supervise and guide caregivers and house parents during assigned shifts

·        Support and implement vocational and life-skills training programs

·        Provide emotional and behavioral support tailored to individual resident needs

·        Coordinate with therapists, healthcare professionals, and family members as required

·        Maintain shift records, track resident progress, and report observations to management

·        Ensure safety, hygiene, discipline, and overall wellbeing within residential spaces

·        Handle emergency situations responsibly and in line with established protocols

·        Assist in organizing recreational, cultural, and community activities

·        Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful living environment

Requirements

·        Educational Qualification:

Experience:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)/ Down Syndrome / Intellectual Disabilities/ Other developmental challenges

Preference:

Language Skills:

·        Good English and Hindi speaking and reading skills

·        Tamil and/or Kannada is an added advantage

·        Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and emotional maturity

·        Ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and work in rotational shifts

·        Willingness to stay on campus or commute daily based on shift allocation
