Job Description

Team Lead- Recruitment & HR Operations (Australia Shift)

  • Assist with leading, supervise and motivate team to achieve targets and goals.
  • Assist with assigning workload, managing workloads, setting performance targets, monitor progress to ensure quality and productivity of team
  • Assist with training, coaching, performance management and 121s and team meetings
  • Assist in improving processes and procedures
  • Communicate any challenges or concerns to AU leadership
  • Assist with addressing and resolving conflicts, issues or concerns from team and leadership
  • Make informed decision and provide guidance to team members in problem solving situations
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, project status, and any operational issues to upper management.
  • Analyze data and provide insights for improving team efficiency and productivity.

Communication | Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Adecco Australia consultants to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience for our candidates across Australia

  • Effectively communicate/ escalate relevant items to Adecco AU Leadership •Ensure that our associates receive quality care at all times and optimize their experience

Screening | Sourcing

  • Use various sourcing avenues to fill job orders coming from Australia
  • Call and screen candidates You will be the first point of contact along our recruitment journey. Make an impactful first-impression for you and our brand by delivering a professional and high-quality customer service
  • Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of work ready candidates
  • Maintain regular contact with active candidates seeking roles
  • Keep up to date with the Australian labour market trends and industry roles

HR Operations

  • Support end-to-end HR operational activities including onboarding, documentation, employee record management, and HR compliance.
  • Oversee end-to-end timekeeping management including attendance monitoring, shift adherence etc

Compliance | Admin

  • Conduct candidate compliance checks (Ensure all candidates are 100% compliant before being placed)
  • Conduct candidate follow-up calls to provide candidate assistance and ensure compliance steps are completed in a timely manner
  • Assist the Adecco team with administrative tasks as directed and required
  • Manage inboxes and call lines as required
  • Conduct data entry; Maintain data integrity and accuracy in all required systems and trackers
  • Complete all reporting and documentation requirements in an accurate and timely manner
  • Understand and adhere to all applicable rules, regulations and legislation at all times
  • Ensure that all activities in relation to the candidate process meet Adecco’s compliance standards as per compliancy requirements for associates, clients and in general

Performance

  • Adherence to individual and team KPIs set by the manager
  • Achieve activity standards on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required and directed
  • 100% compliance with all The Adecco Group Policies and Procedures, Legislation and WH&S requirements
  • Ensure 100% completion of local and global Mandatory Training
  • 100% compliance with Adecco policy and procedures
