Director of Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Forecast hiring needs and create scalable talent acquisition plans for tech and consulting roles.
  • Team Management:

    • Lead and mentor a high-performing recruitment team.
    • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in hiring processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce planning and talent priorities.
    • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency in recruitment practices.
  • Employer Branding:

    • Enhance the company’s presence in the Indian tech market through branding initiatives.
    • Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums.
  • Data & Analytics:

    • Use recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize sourcing strategies and improve time-to-hire.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 20+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 10years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in hiring for technology and consulting roles at scale.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian talent market and recruitment trends.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.

  • Exposure to global recruitment practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
