Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

5-8 years of experience in IT recruitment (C2H Hiring) with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or Team Lead role.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
Knowledge in C2H Hiring is must in IT Recruitement.
Partner with stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruitment strategy.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, referrals, and social media.
Ensure a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals across diverse technologies and domains.
Proven success in managing high-volume and niche hiring across multiple tech stacks.
Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the recruitment team.
Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in IT hiring.
Strong understanding of technology roles (developers, cloud engineers, data scientists, DevOps, Oracle, cybersecurity, etc.)
Excellent people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ATS, recruitment CRMs, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, etc.).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
