Role: Team Leader
Location: Lakadikapul, Hyderabad

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for sales and a talent for motivating teams? We're looking for a Team Leader to manage our team of tele-consultants and drive sales through a digital process. You'll be a key player in helping us achieve our sales goals and grow as an organization.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise a team of 15 tele-callers, managing their day-to-day activities and performance.
• Monitor calls and provide coaching, feedback, and role-playing sessions to help your team improve their sales practices and meet daily targets.
• Empower team members by enhancing their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Develop and implement timelines to ensure your team achieves targets and organizational goals.
• Prepare and manage daily rosters, shrinkage, and attrition calculations, along with other key reports.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and facilitate training sessions to maximize your team's potential.
• Foster a positive and inspiring work environment that encourages collaboration and success.

Who You Are:

• A graduate with at least 7 years of experience in Sales BPO, including 3+ years in a team handling role.
• You have a strong background in inbound sales call centers, preferably with life insurance experience.
• You are fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• You have strong organizational skills and are proficient with computers.
• You are a natural motivator and a dedicated team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
