Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Moodys Investors Service, responsible for leading ratings and research support in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and risk assessment, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead a team of analysts to provide high-quality ratings and research support to clients.

Develop and implement effective rating models and methodologies to assess creditworthiness.

Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to inform investment decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Provide expert guidance and training to junior team members.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance analytical capabilities.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of financial modeling, data analysis, and risk assessment techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proven leadership and team management experience, with a track record of success.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience working in the GCC region or similar emerging markets is an advantage.
