Qualification

Postgraduate in psychometrics, education, statistics, demography or in any social science background

8 to 10 years experience in MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning), preferably in education and life skill education sector.
Strong and demonstrated experience in life skill tool development, evaluations, and outcome assessments.
Firsthand experience of managing and coordinating with MEL team and other stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in performance measurement, indicator selection and monitoring, and data collection/analysis.
