Team Lead

We are currently seeking a Bench Sales Team Lead for US Non-IT Staffing in Indore. As an experienced Bench Sales professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of Bench Sales recruiters. With at least 5 years of experience in the US IT/Non-IT staffing industry, you will play a key role in driving submissions and achieving placement targets. In this role, you will need to build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, collaborate closely with account managers and leadership, and have a strong understanding of the US job market and visa types. The position requires working night shifts aligned with US timings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bench sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and preferably experience in team management.
