What we are looking for?

Role Designation-Team Lead (PHP)

Experience Range- 5+ years

What is the work?

• Lead a team of developers/designers working on WordPress and Wix projects.
• Plan, delegate, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team tasks.
• Develop, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress (themes, plugins, custom code) and Wix.
• Oversee website performance, SEO optimization, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, content teams, and clients to gather requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality output.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress, Wix, and web development.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in WordPress and Wix development.
• Strong command over HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP (for WordPress), and responsive design.
• Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or other WordPress page builders.
• Familiarity with Wix Editor X and advanced features like dynamic pages and CMS collections.
• Proven experience in leading a development team or managing small to mid-sized projects.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and basic digital marketing concepts.
• Experience with other CMS platforms like Shopify, Webflow, or Squarespace.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
