Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead (PHP) based in Vadodara. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a development team, guiding and mentoring team members, and ensuring project deliverables meet the highest standards. Daily tasks include overseeing front-end and back-end development, ensuring optimal performance and code quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• Team Leadership skills
• Proficiency in Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Experience in Front-End Development and knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with PHP and related frameworks is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
