Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead located in Srinagar. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure that project objectives and timelines are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with different departments, mentoring team members, and addressing any challenges that may arise. The role also involves continuous improvement of processes, regular performance evaluations, and reporting to upper management.

Experience in Project Coordination and Process Improvement
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a related industry is a plus
