Location: Noida (Preferred: Candidates from Delhi/NCR) Shift Timing: 2:30 AM IST (US Time Zone) Work Mode: Hybrid (On-site & Work-from-Home Flexibility) Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in team leadership (10+ members) Salary: Attractive package with 30 to 35% hike on last drawn salary for suitable candidates About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Lead to oversee our Patient Scheduling Process for a reputed Multi-Specialty Clinic based in the United States . This is a leadership position that requires strong operational skills, communication, and a deep understanding of scheduling workflows within a clinical or radiology environment. The selected candidate will play a key role in shaping and stabilizing a process currently in its initial stages of development. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the Patient Scheduling Team responsible for calling patients to schedule/reschedule appointments in coordination with doctors and radiology technicians . Design and document SOPs , process workflows, and escalation matrices to bring standardization and efficiency to the scheduling operations. Ensure strict compliance with clinic protocols and maintain alignment between the offshore team (India) and onsite clinic staff (US) . Monitor and report team performance metrics; identify and close process gaps in a timely and scalable manner. Act as the liaison between management and team , ensuring smooth operational execution and prompt resolution of any issues or bottlenecks. Train and mentor team members to enhance patient communication skills, EMR usage, and overall process delivery. Ensure high levels of accuracy, empathy, and professionalism in all patient interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing and supervising a team of at least 10 members in a US healthcare calling or scheduling process. Strong understanding of clinical appointment scheduling workflows , particularly for multi-specialty and radiology departments. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a US client-facing background. Demonstrated ability to create SOPs, streamline operations , and manage hybrid work teams effectively. Comfortable working in night shifts (2:30 AM IST login) and managing dynamic scheduling demands. Quick learner , adaptable, and tech-savvy with exposure to EMR systems (Athena, eClinicalWorks, ModMed, etc.) preferred. Residing in Delhi/NCR or willing to relocate is highly desirable.
