We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for charge posting, claims submission, and follow-up on denied claims. This role requires a high degree of accuracy and efficiency in processing medical billing information, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities: Charge Posting: Post patient charges accurately and efficiently into the billing system. Ensure that all charges are assigned correctly to the respective patient accounts. Claims Submission: Submit claims to insurance companies, ensuring that all necessary information is provided and that submissions are compliant with relevant guidelines. Denial Management: Review and resolve claim denials and rejections. Insurance Verification: Verify insurance eligibility and benefits before submitting claims to ensure that they are in compliance with the payer's requirements. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of all activities related to claim submissions, charge postings, and follow-up actions. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports regarding charge posting accuracy, claim submission success rates, and other key performance indicators as required. Collaboration: Work closely with the accounts receivable team to resolve billing issues and provide support for accurate financial reporting. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 Years of experience in medical billing, charge posting, or claims submission. Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology, coding systems (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), and insurance claim processes. Technical Skills: Proficient in using medical billing software and MS Office (Excel, Word). Familiarity with practice management and EHR systems is a plus. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in charge posting and claims processing. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. This is a leadership position that requires strong operational skills, communication, and a deep understanding of scheduling workflows within a clinical or radiology environment. The selected candidate will play a key role in shaping and stabilizing a process currently in its initial stages of development. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the Patient Scheduling Team responsible for calling patients to schedule/reschedule appointments in coordination with doctors and radiology technicians . Design and document SOPs , process workflows, and escalation matrices to bring standardization and efficiency to the scheduling operations. Ensure strict compliance with clinic protocols and maintain alignment between the offshore team (India) and onsite clinic staff (US) . Monitor and report team performance metrics; identify and close process gaps in a timely and scalable manner. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically capable AI Integration Specialist to join our international team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in artificial intelligence, healthcare informatics, and radiology workflow optimization. We are currently implementing an AI-assisted radiology reporting workflow in which dictated reports are polished and refined using large language models like ChatGPT. The current workflow is manual, but the long-term goal is full integration and automation through our Radiology Information System (RIS). Key Responsibilities: Process radiology reports using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), enhancing formatting, clinical clarity, and adherence to structured reporting standards. Assist with the future automation of this process by designing and testing integration between ChatGPT (or other AI systems) and our RIS using APIs, HL7, or FHIR. We recognize that outsourced assistance will be needed and provided in certain areas. Work closely with radiologists, medical transcription staff, and IT support to refine and streamline the AI-enhanced report editing workflow. Monitor AI output for accuracy, consistency, and clinical appropriateness, offering feedback and improvements. Document standard operating procedures, data flow diagrams, and integration roadmaps. Stay current on emerging AI applications in healthcare, particularly those relevant to radiology.
