Job Title: Patient Calling Associate

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Patient Calling Associate to join our clinic&aposs administrative team. This role involves direct communication with patients to manage appointment scheduling, reschedule existing appointments, and address billing inquiries, particularly concerning outstanding balances. The associate will play a key role in maintaining and updating patient records and verifying insurance eligibility when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively call patients to schedule, confirm, or reschedule their clinic appointments.

Contact patients to inform them of any pending balances in their accounts and arrange for prompt payment.

Update and maintain accurate patient information in the electronic records system for scheduling and billing accuracy.

Verify patient insurance eligibility using online insurance portals and update records accordingly.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

A bachelor&aposs degree in any field.

Strong communication skills with a fluent American accent.

Prior experience in US staffing or international call centers, with a focus on customer service.

Experience in US healthcare settings is highly desirable and considered a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Proficient in using healthcare IT systems and insurance verification portals.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
