Key Responsibilities -

● Manage end-to-end business development activities individually and effectively

● Work with a target-oriented approach and consistently deliver results

● Lead, train, and guide team members to achieve performance goals

● Generate high-quality leads using strong digital marketing strategies

● Handle client communication, sales follow-ups, and relationship management

● Conduct virtual sessions, meetings, and manage ongoing project tasks

● Take full ownership of responsibilities and ensure timely delivery

● Understand international markets and implement strategic growth plans

● Develop and manage campaigns across social media platforms 

Required Skills -

● Strong knowledge of social platforms: Instagram, WhatsApp, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

● Excellent communication, sales ability, and client-handling skills

● Proven lead-generation ability and sales mindset

● Team management, training, and motivation skills

● Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities professionally

● Flexible with workload, deadlines, and target requirements

Salary & Benefits -

● Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
