Team Lead - Operations Job Title: Team Lead - Operations Job Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Role Overview: The purpose of this role is to be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. The role requires you to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Roles & Responsibilities: Monitor daily metrics/Performance Measurement - To identify, monitor, and evaluate day to day metrics/KRA required to achieve the target, To monitor individual performance regularly and deliver real time feedback Floor Management/Manpower planning - Do daily, weekly, monthly manpower planning. Also ensure proper break discipline, attendance in the team Data Analysis - TL should be equipped enough to analyze the data on time and react to it if required. It is important for TL to know about the data point availability and should be able to understand it properly Escalation handling and Coordination across departments (Finance, Tech, Analytics etc) according to process requirements raised by client, customer and teams and resolve them in a given timeline Skills Required: 2+ years of Relevant experience as a Team Lead Education - Any Graduation Good understanding of the business Job Title: Team Lead - Operations Job Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Role Overview: The purpose of this role is to be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
