Team Lead - Operations and Service Delivery

This is a supervisory position reporting to top management and requires excellent management of people and processes to deliver key results for the organization. Role & responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth service delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, tech, support) and external clients
• Handle customer communications, escalations, and issue resolution
• Track and report operational and team performance metrics
• Support HR operations including basic admin
• Monitor SLA adherence and ensure continuous process improvement
• Report directly to senior leadership

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years experience as a team lead
• Strong delivery and operations management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• HR coordination and team supervision
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, reports, CRM
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership mindset
• Cross functional experience in Pre Sales, Sales, Delivery, Support
• Must be willing to go the extra mile
