Team Lead- Operation

You will be responsible for preparing Lead Admin Report, Control Tower Report & Status Code Rejection report in accordance with business timelines. Upon reviewing the reports thoroughly, you will need to determine the necessary actions based on decision-making criteria and defined processes. Conduct comprehensive research on the records within the reports and proceed to process or pend transactions based on different scenarios. It is crucial to exercise judgment and product understanding to handle complex issues appropriately. Collaboration with stateside teams/stakeholders is essential to calibrate, coordinate, and consolidate the reports. Strict adherence to timelines is required to consistently meet deadlines.
