Description And Requirements

Prepare Lead Admin Report, Control Tower Report & Status Code Rejection report as per the business timelines
Review the reports thoroughly and determine the required actions basis of the decision-making and defined process.
Do a thorough research of the records in the reports and move to the next steps to either process or pend the transactions depending on the scenarios.
Exercise judgment and product understanding to determine the appropriate handling of complex issues.
Work with stateside teams/ stakeholders to calibrate, coordinate, and consolidate the reports.
Adhere to the timelines strictly to meet the deadlines every time.
