NestAway Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a leading real estate technology company that is redefining the concept of living and renting properties. Nestaway has recently entered into the Resale vertical encashing the biggest opportunity of the Residential real estate Market.

Job Summary:

The Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned zone, managing a team of property consultants, meeting revenue targets, and delivering exceptional client experiences in. This role demands strong leadership, real estate market knowledge, negotiation skills, and an ability to motivate and guide the team towards achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Lead and manage a team of Property Consultants specializing in resale residential transactions.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets for resale properties.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to maximize market share.
  • Leverage market intelligence to build property listings and expand the customer base.

2. Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.
  • Set monthly/quarterly targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Oversee client negotiations, agreement closures, and documentation for resale transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and channel partners.

4. Process & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company processes, legal documentation requirements, and ethical practices.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, legal requirements, and competitive offerings.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven leadership skills and team management experience.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate resale market (local area expertise preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive results under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record in residential resale,
  • Resale experience /channel partner firm experience preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a team leader / supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and property listing platforms.
