Required Skills & Experience

• Experience:

  6+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.

• Backend:

  Java / Node.js / C# / .NET / Python.

• Frontend:

  React.js / Angular.

• Databases:

  SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

• Cloud:

  AWS / Azure / GCP (hands-on experience required).

• DevOps:

  Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.

• Architecture & Design:

  Strong knowledge of software design patterns, microservices architecture, and API integration.

• Leadership:

  Ability to mentor team members, review code, and ensure best practices in development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Product, QA, DevOps).
• Define technical architecture and ensure high-quality coding standards.
• Guide the team in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and best practices.
• Drive automation, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
