Role Summary

Technical Lead – Flutter

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Building & Leadership

• Hire, onboard, train, and mentor

  Flutter developers (junior to senior levels)

• Define coding standards, best practices, and review mechanisms
  
• Monitor individual and team performance, productivity, and quality output
  
• Create a strong second-line technical leadership for scale
  

2. Project Understanding & Execution

• Deeply understand business requirements, workflows, and end-user use cases
  
• Convert functional requirements into

  technical architecture and development plans

• Break down projects into tasks, sprints, and milestones
  
• Allocate tasks to team members based on skill and capacity
  

3. Task Allocation & Progress Monitoring

• Plan and manage

  sprint cycles, delivery timelines, and dependencies

• Track progress using tools like

  JIRA, ClickUp, or equivalent

• Ensure adherence to committed deadlines and delivery SLAs
  
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings
  

4. Architecture & Development

• Lead Flutter application architecture for

  Android & iOS

• Ensure scalable, modular, and maintainable codebase
  
• Review and approve critical code changes and releases
  
• Handle complex integrations such as APIs, authentication, and third-party SDKs
  

5. AI / ML Adoption in Development

• Identify use cases where

  AI/ML can enhance product capabilities

  (e.g., smart alerts, predictive analytics, automation, anomaly detection)
• Collaborate with backend/AI teams for AI model integration into mobile apps
  
• Use AI tools to improve

  developer productivity, testing, and debugging

6. Problem Solving & Risk Management

• Act as the final escalation point for

  technical challenges and blockers

• Debug complex performance, security, and scalability issues
  
• Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
  
• Ensure high app stability, performance, and security standards
  

7. Delivery & Quality Assurance

• Ensure apps meet performance benchmarks and security guidelines
  
• Oversee testing strategies including unit, integration, and UAT support
  
• Manage app releases on Play Store and App Store
  
• Maintain proper technical documentation
  

Required Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in

  Flutter & Dart

• Mobile app architecture (MVC / MVVM / Clean Architecture)
  
• REST APIs, JSON, Web Services integration
  
• State management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)

Backend & Tools (Working Knowledge)

• Firebase / AWS / Cloud-based services
