Job Title Technical Lead Flutter Development (Mobile Applications) Location Rajaji Nagar -Bengaluru Experience 8 years overall | 5+ years in Flutter / Mobile App Development | 2-3 + years in Team Leadership Employment Type Full-time Role Summary We are looking for a Technical Lead – Flutter who will take complete ownership of our mobile application development. The role involves building and mentoring a Flutter development team , driving architecture and technology decisions , ensuring on-time delivery , and integrating AI/ML capabilities into the product. The candidate will work closely with product, backend, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Building & Leadership Hire, onboard, train, and mentor Flutter developers (junior to senior levels) Define coding standards, best practices, and review mechanisms Monitor individual and team performance, productivity, and quality output Create a strong second-line technical leadership for scale 2. Project Understanding & Execution Deeply understand business requirements, workflows, and end-user use cases Convert functional requirements into technical architecture and development plans Break down projects into tasks, sprints, and milestones Allocate tasks to team members based on skill and capacity 3. Task Allocation & Progress Monitoring Plan and manage sprint cycles, delivery timelines, and dependencies Track progress using tools like JIRA, ClickUp, or equivalent Ensure adherence to committed deadlines and delivery SLAs Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings 4. Architecture & Development Lead Flutter application architecture for Android & iOS Ensure scalable, modular, and maintainable codebase Review and approve critical code changes and releases Handle complex integrations such as APIs, authentication, and third-party SDKs 5. AI / ML Adoption in Development Identify use cases where AI/ML can enhance product capabilities (e.g., smart alerts, predictive analytics, automation, anomaly detection) Collaborate with backend/AI teams for AI model integration into mobile apps Use AI tools to improve developer productivity, testing, and debugging 6. Problem Solving & Risk Management Act as the final escalation point for technical challenges and blockers Debug complex performance, security, and scalability issues Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation strategies Ensure high app stability, performance, and security standards 7. Delivery & Quality Assurance Ensure apps meet performance benchmarks and security guidelines Oversee testing strategies including unit, integration, and UAT support Manage app releases on Play Store and App Store Maintain proper technical documentation Required Technical Skills Core Skills Strong expertise in Flutter & Dart Mobile app architecture (MVC / MVVM / Clean Architecture) REST APIs, JSON, Web Services integration State management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.) App performance optimization & memory management Backend & Tools (Working Knowledge) Firebase / AWS / Cloud-based services Git / GitHub / GitLab (Version Control) CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps Agile & Scrum methodologies AI / ML Exposure (Preferred) Understanding of AI/ML concepts and mobile integration patterns Experience working with AI APIs (recommendation engines, NLP, automation) Use of AI tools for code generation, testing, and monitoring Soft Skills & Leadership Traits Strong ownership and accountability mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines Analytical, solution-oriented problem solver Mentoring and people-development orientation Key Performance Areas (KPAs) On-time delivery of mobile app milestones Code quality, stability, and scalability Team productivity and skill development Reduction in production issues and bugs Successful AI feature adoption Why Join Us Opportunity to build and lead a team from scratch Work on large-scale, real-world applications Exposure to AI-driven product development High ownership and leadership visibility Fast-growing organization with long-term vision
